PURCHASE POLICY:

Irokos® is not responsible for any use  of the products, which are not toys such as LEDs and lasers. Please do not modify any product. Product photos are presentation suggestions, so some items you see may not be included in your order. Understand that in adverse climates such as beach or mountain, wood behaves differently, it can even bend or sag. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be accepted at 8:00 a.m. the next day.

PERSONALIZATION

The engraving that prioritizes when it comes to personalization is the writing box. Be careful to write in the personalization box if it is not what you want to engrave. Second, the logo that you send us to the email tupedido@irokos.es would be engraved . The font chosen for the names, acronyms, etc. is " Arial "   and the size will depend on the text. The larger the text, the smaller the font size.

We do not support photos, landscapes or scenes with many details. We always recommend engraving words, initials, names or abbreviations before logos as your product will be more beautiful. If you already have a logo, it must be straight and not complex. The tonality or color of your engraving on your product may be different from that of the photos. This is because we work with natural products, such as wood or slate, they behave differently even between them. You have 24 hours to attach your logo to the email provided, otherwise your order may be delayed / delayed in shipping.

At Irokos® we always work with raw and natural raw materials, which is why this paragraph summarizes the terms and conditions under which your order will arrive. For the "slices" of wood we cannot make a selection of the most aesthetic ones since we would have to waste a lot of raw material. Some are round, others oval, and few are irregular. They can bring all the bark, some of it or nothing after its natural drying process. The vast majority are smooth and stable and a few others are not so. Slates may contain pyrite since it is a mineral that is usually accompanying it.
